I am a psychiatrist and a psychoterapist (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
I am a practising psychiatrist with interests in neuropsychiatry, psychopharmacology and the treatment of various mental disorders. In my opinion, the development of emotional problems is influenced by biological (e.g. genetics), experiential and social factors, and therefore I believe that help should be combined and tailored to each individual. As a psychiatrist, I use psychotherapeutic methods in addition to medical treatment.
In my psychotherapeutic work I draw on my medical and psychiatric knowledge, but I do not make a formal diagnosis of mental disorders and I do not prescribe medication in this psychotherapy setting.
If you ever need my assistance as a psychiatrist—for diagnosis, medication prescriptions, or other necessary support—you can reach out here:

My psychotherapeutic interests include: treatment of anxiety disorders (generalised anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, panic disorder), treatment of depressive disorders, psychotherapeutic assistance with bipolar disorder and problems with emotional regulation. I use a variety of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches: classical CBT, mindfulness-based CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I live and work according to humanistic and liberal values and I believe that all human beings and all families are of equal value and are worthy of the same human rights. I respect the principles of ethics and confidentiality
